Allenbuild Ltd South East believe that our customers are the most important part of our business and responding to their needs once they have occupied their building is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction.

We have a dedicated team of experienced, multi-skilled operatives capable of attending to our customers needs which may arise from practical completion up to and including the end of the defect liability period, backed up by specialist subcontractors where particular expertise is required. The team members have a wide range of experience both in site works and aftercare and understand the need to minimise the disruption that working in occupied premises can often cause.

Our team for the Aftercare Department is based in our North Cheam office and able to call upon the resources of all other departments, to ensure that any problems are attended to promptly and with the minimum of fuss.
