Description

The construction of 42 self contained units, each with individual bathrooms and kitchenettes and associated communal areas and meeting rooms.

The existing site was heavily contaminated and required appropriate remediation prior to construction commencing.

The structure was traditional loadbearing masonry with precast plank floor units, constructed using built off piled foundations, on a sloping site, with restricted space for construction.
