Description

A development of 60 affordable housing units in a combination of terraced and semi-detached houses and flats, all in timber frame construction, with precast piled foundations and ground beams.

The nature of the site dictated a significant amount of infrastructure works and the creation of a wildlife habitat at the front of the site, this having been developed with the local councils Environment Officer.
