Description

The project consists of the construction of a new Bus Depot Facility including offices, workshop, MOT inspection area, fuelling and washing areas.

The construction consists of a steel frame erection and external service yard including landscaping.

The site lies within an industrial area of Southampton. The building that occupied the site has been demolished and a stock pile of arisings remains on site and will be used during the construction of the new building.

Access to site will be via the new cross which has been installed and all personnel will enter the site through Allenbuild’s own palm reader security system.
