The ground floor has 5 commercial units and a restaurant. The double basement has space for 40 cars.

A significant quantity of excavated material has been transported, and site waste removed via the Grand Union canal to a recycling facility, and the Mayor’s office and TFL are proposing to use this project as a pilot scheme to promote more use of the waterway.
