Description

Refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed Church Building to form 7 flats.

The existing buildings are in the middle of Ilford Town Centre and access is afforded only through a pedestrian single gate.

The project involves total refurbishment and upgrading of a very dilapidated building, which is attached to the side of an existing Church. The Church remained in constant use, and the only access is through the Courtyard within our site.

The site is of extreme archeological interest being a former Leper colony.
