Description

The design and build shared ownership development, for Genesis Housing Group comprises of 17no High Spec Apartments. 11no 2 bed and 6no 1 bed, with a commercial unit beneath and car parking to the rear.

This was the first time Allenbuild had used a post tension structure with a lightweight render system. Construction of this type was due to a 3m sewer running below ground next to Kenton railway station, therefore the building had to be cantilevered on the corner next to the station.

The building is 5-storey with brickwork, lightweight render system and Kingspan panelling.
