The works to the Mayford Grange retirement village consists of the removal of existing farm buildings in preparation for the construction of 46 one and two-bedroom self-contained private apartments built around landscaped courtyards with exclusive clubhouse facilities and care services, together with associated access roads, footpaths, parking bays etc.
Internally flats have under-floor heating, full house ventilation, door entry system and warden call systems. The new buildings will include wet en-suite shower rooms.
External elevations include oak cladding, tile hanging and brickwork. Roof coverings are formed using antique tiles.
This all combines to give a traditional farmhouse/barn conversion appearance. Mayford Grange sits in the leafy heartland of Surrey, created around the Hoe Stream. This lifestyle care village represents the highest standard in retirement living.
