Description

The construction of a 390-seat Performing Arts Centre and extension to existing school whilst the school remained in full occupation.

The works were phased and required temporary classroom accommodation during the contract period.

The new building is constructed in a wooded area bounded by a pond and two existing buildings, one being a Music Block and the other containing classrooms.

The site is located in the centre of the campus and a major consideration is the interaction of the construction with a working school.
