Description

Allenbuild has provided construction services to the Parliamentary Works Directorate for over a decade, undertaking refurbishment and renovation works within the Grade I Palace of Westminster.

Allenbuild have been awarded the contract for 'Overhaul and Refurbishment of the Cast Iron Roofs' at Speakers Court, Palace of Westminster SW1 as a joint venture with the specialist engineering company Shepley Engineers, who are a subsidiary of the Renew Group.

Other examples of recently completed contracts within the Palace have been:

• Renovation works of Members Terrace Kitchen
• Sensitive renovation and refurbishment of the Jubilee Room
• Extensive upgrade of various security systems within the Parliamentary Estate
• Annual Fire Compartmentation works
