Description

This design and build project comprised of a two-storey new build extension, forming a classroom and dance studio facility for the 6th form on the ground floor along with a main hall area, providing space for assembly, drama group work, dining and other activities.

The open plan area at first floor level has a moveable wall for added flexibility. It provides much needed space for either academic or administrative use.

In addition, an open courtyard within the existing buildings footprint was converted during the summer break, to extend the ground floor circulation area.

Allenbuild were awarded the 'Performance beyond Compliance' award from the Considerate Constructors Scheme for our work on this development.
