Description

The project comprises the construction of thirty new flats contained in two 3-storey blocks of timber frame construction having pitched tiled roofs. There is also extensive landscaping and 30 no. parking spaces.

Works also include all necessary external works together with all services.

Allenbuild have been working with the local youth project 'Footprints', who run functions for the local youths. Members of Footprints decorated the Allenbuild hoarding.

During construction progress, the Considerate Constructors scoring for St Marks Field was 36.0 points falling within the category for "An Exceptionally Good Site".
