Description

A joint bid was won together with three other Contractors, two Architect practices and Genesis Housing Association for the development of existing English Partnership sites in the South East “New Towns”. The Logic Homes Partnershipwill run for a number of years and will design and build on 'turnkey' arrangements a number of opportunities

This project is for the construction of 40 flats in two blocks, together with access roads and landscaping works.

The site for the new development of Tushmore Roundabout is just north of Crawley town centre, divided by the ‘Green Way’, a public cycle and pedestrian route that runs through the middle of the site. The first block of flats is situated to the north of the thoroughfare, and the second block is on the south.

The 4-storey timber frame building has been completed using bathroom pods throughout and is clad in a mixture of brick and timber cladding.
