Quality Procedures

It is Allenbuild's policy that attention to quality standards is an integral part of carrying out a successful contract and obtaining repeat business.

1. Implementation of Allenbuild Quality Procedures:

Allenbuild are quality assured to ISO 9001 : 2000 standard and have received accreditation of ISO : 14001.

Before works are offered up for final handover they will be pre-inspected by Allenbuild staff.

Our Aftercare Manager will ensure that a communication route exists between the Client for any issues that arise beyond practical completion.

2. Selection of competent Subcontractors:

This requires assessing the following:

  • Size
  • Quality and Capability
  • Location
  • Checking adequate management systems are in place
  • Have they worked in high risk areas before, how will they deal with protection/noise/dust etc.
  • Health and Safety
  • Reputation
  • Previous work history with Allenbuild.

3. Ensuring the Subcontractor has the ability
to manage their works:

  • A competent foreman will be on site for the duration.
  • The Company provide their own procedures for inspections and for quality control snagging etc.
  • Senior Managers visit on a regular basis.
